"GOD" Father

I was just a baby crawling on the floor
Almost near the door
There came two hands smiling, to lift me
Just like the bee going for the honey.

I was like anyother kid, craving for love and affection
It was given without any hesitation
Without any expectation
He was just a man of perfection.

He was a man of patience
Blessed with perseverance
Though he is old
He is just pure as a gold

Life is like a sinusoidal wave
Has its own ups and downs
Though people were there encouraging me during my success
He was the one who held me tight and close when i was down.

i cannot repay for what he has done to me
just like a poor peasant having million debts
Am in the same situation as he is
Excpet that i could do it by reciprocating love.

Man has to die one day
None can deny death
For when he is gone,
I will be a non vertebrae.

In the mere future people would ask me how i succeeded
I would say its the quality of perseverance I had
But if they ask me the secret of it
I would point to the sky
And say, "There's the man who taught me everything"

He is not just an ordinary Grandfather, He is my "God father"
